We are responsible for the lawful commencement of the construction, according to the requirements of the active legislation

We monitor the completeness and correct drafting of acts and protocols during construction, according to Ordinance No. 3 of 2003 for drafting acts and protocols during construction, as well as for compliance with the requirements for health and safety during the construction works;

We observe the correct execution of the constructions according to the approved investment projects and the basic requirements for the constructions under art. 169, para 1 and 3 of the Territorial Planning Act;

After completion of the construction and assembly works on a given project, we prepare a final report, according to the requirements of the Territorial Planning Act and the sub-statutory regulations;

We are responsible for the fitness of the projects for their commissioning, according to Ordinance No. 2 of 2003 for commissioning of the construction works on the territory of Republic of Bulgaria and the minimum guarantee periods for completed construction and assembly works, facilities and construction sites;

We shall complete and send to the respective municipality or “RNCK / DNSK” the necessary documentation for the commissioning of the completed construction, based on which a Certificate of putting into operation / for the constructions of IV and V category / respectively is issued. Permission for use / for the construction of categories I, II and III;
